Once you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been processed successfully. Please check your inbox or spam order to find your confirmation email.

We are unable to ship to US military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in the same order.

Handling time
It can take up to 1 – 3 business days to prepare products before your package can be shipped.
If your order has not yet been shipped, it means your packages are being prepared. However, if there are any unusual circumstances, we will notify you via email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track its progress.
Transit time
It can take up to 4 – 7 business days to delivery to your doorstep.

During peak seasons or promotional sales, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Track your order

It can take 5-7 business days for tracking information to refresh on the system for certain shipping carriers. Please email us if your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and you haven’t received any information about your tracking number.
Tax policy
Tax Rate: At Celestialprom, 6.5% tax is included in all the customer orders that is placed. This tax rate is applied to all the qualifying goods in the cart and is reflected in the total cost at the time of payment. We advocate for clear pricing, and the tax is well stated, and well reflected on the price you are charged.
Tax Calculation: To help you with this, the tax computation is done by our system with the help of the items you ordered and the tax rate. The breakdown of the taxes that will be applied to your order will be presented on the check out page to ensure that you are able to have a look at the total amount before proceeding to make the payment.
Shipping delay and item not receive
Shipping times are approximate and start on the day of shipment, not the order date. A wrong address, lengthy customs clearance processes, or other issues may cause shipments to take longer than anticipated.
If your order was correctly placed and, despite the tracking status indicating delivery, you have not received anything yet. In order to locate your bag, you must get in touch with the carrier because once an item is bagged, we are unable to manage it. However, if the problems continue, please email Customcare@Celestialprom.com, and we will do everything in our side to help.
Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to give us accurate billing and shipping addresses. Should you find that information is not accurate, do get in touch with us right away. Refunds for products that have already been dispatched cannot be handled until they are received back from us.
