Which reviews are marked as “Verified”?
Only when you pay for the product on our website Celestialprom.com, then accurately rate the product you purchased, will your review be marked as “Verified”.
We also send emails to ask for your review after you purchase our products, your review via this email is also marked as “Verified”
If you did not purchase a similar product from us, you can still write a review about the product, our staff, and your experience while visiting our website. But in this case, your review will not be marked as “Verified”
Keep your personal information private
Every one can see your review. Revealing any sensitive or private information about yourself is therefore not a wise idea, and revealing information about other individuals is never acceptable. Edit or delete your review
You are the owner of your review. Therefore, you can change, add or remove your rating whenever you want. If you want to provide more details about a particular experience, you can enhance an already written review. While it is acceptable to publish multiple reviews of a product if you have used it multiple times, it is not beneficial for anyone if the product is flooded with reviews from one person.
