Return And Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO THE UNITED STATES COUNTRY 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return an item or request a refund, we accept returns and refunds. To request a return or refund, please follow these guidelines:

Return condition

Return is acceptable. After delivery, you have 30 days to return an item. After this period, the acquisition is considered final.

Conditions for exchange/return:

  • The product is unused or shows no signs of washing.
  • The product is intact and in its original condition: all parts, details, accessories, tags, manuals, packaging, and box are intact and new (the product is not dirty, scratched, torn, damaged, cracked, broken, discolored, smelly, moldy, etc.).
  • The product is still in its original packaging, and the packaging is not damaged.
  • The product has not activated the warranty, is intact, and complete with warranty labels/information, brand labels, accompanying gifts (if any), etc.
  • No data is stored in the product’s storage device.
  • The product has a purchase invoice from Celestialprom.com.
  • The customer will not incur any fees in this case.

Return cost

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return process

Notify us about the issue at Customcare@celestialprom.com.
Provide relevant information, including order details, photos of the product showing the problem, and any other pertinent information.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return label for you to print.
Pack the product in its original packaging and send it to our return address. Do ensure you share the return tracking details with us.
Please refrain from sending back items without prior authorization, as they might get misplaced.

Refund policy

Refunds are granted only under the following scenarios:

  • The product delivered doesn’t match its description on our website.
  • The product received is defective.
  • Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Detail Of Processing Your Refund

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
  • We will issue a refund for the full amount, including any shipping fees you might have incurred.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email confirmation. The refund process can take up to 2 business days from the receipt of the product.
