Changing Your Order
After placing the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us via Customcare@celestialprom.com within 12 hours.
Canceling Your Order
You may cancel an order within 12 Hours of submitting without any fee.
If the order has entered the production phase (after the 12-hour window), unfortunately the order can no longer be cancelled.
Order modify
If significant modifications are required, please contact us to cancel your existing order. You may then place a new order to ensure accuracy.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address until your order leaves our facility!
Style, Size, and Color Changes
As long as changes are requested before the production phase, we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!
